The Founder and Manager of ELATOS, created in 2002, Jens undertook Diplom-Kaufmann studies at the University of Trier (Germany) and the Bordeaux Ecole Supérieure de Commerce.
With over 27 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in Germany and France as Marketing Manager, Key Account Manager and Sales Director in the areas of consumer goods and the banking sector, he operates in the area of recruiting director, management and Board profiles.
A German national who has lived in France for over 20 years, he has solid international experience. He is fluent in French, English and of course German. He also has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
A consultant with the firm ELATOS, Lyne has more than 20 years of professional experience in the industrial and service sectors, including more than 13 years focused primarily on business development and corporate management. She has been working for over 11 years as a recruitment consultant.
Her wide range of experience enables her to offer a lot of cross-disciplinary knowledge acquired in different sectors of activity.
She works on consulting assignments in relation to specialised and senior management profiles and supports her clients throughout the recruitment process. She speaks fluent English and Vietnamese.
As an administrative and HR assistant with ELATOS since 2016, Catherine is central to our firm because of her role and responsibilities.
A graduate of the EFAP and with more than 15 years of experience as a management assistant in a management consulting company and in an IT services company, she oversees the smooth running of the firm as a whole and carries out the role of HR assistant.
She assists and supports the team in managing schedules and relations with applicants. She also speaks English.
Sandra is our Communications and Web Marketing Officer. She joined Elatos in 2019, and her role is to manage the firm’s profile, including event management, advertising and wider institutional communication and Community Management.
She works closely with our research officers and consultants, and is involved at various stages of the recruitment process: writing/editing, graphic creation, management of our 2.0 tools as well as the monitoring of customer and candidate satisfaction.
Sandra holds a Master 2 degree in communication and graphic design, and has 3 years of varied experience as a Communications and Marketing Manager. She speaks English and is developing her skills in Italian.
Marie has been researcher with ELATOS since 2017. Marie holds a Master 2 degree in Human Resources and, with around 4 years of experience in recruitment in the construction and industry sectors, she is skilled in the use of the various sourcing tools and in direct approach/headhunting.
Her role is to help our clients to find profiles of experienced managers and senior executives so that she can complete the projects assigned to her in the best way.
Thanks to her skills in English and her basic knowledge of Spanish and German Marie now plays an active role in our projects abroad.
Héloïse has been a recruitment officer with ELATOS since 2018. She holds a Master 1 in language sciences and a Licence de Consultante en Recrutement (recruitment consultant qualification), and she has 4 years of experience as a recruitment officer.
She has a dual role in the firm. She is the interface between our clients and the applicants, managing relations with the latter. She is also responsible for managing schedules and applicant files.
Thanks to her skills in English she also assists our clients and international applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Mélanie joined ELATOS in 2018 as a Research Officer. With a Master 2 degree in Human Resources from the IAE Rennes, she has 5 years of experience obtained in the area of recruitment in various sectors, through various contacts.
Mélanie is skilled in sourcing and talent detection and she now helps our clients to better understand their needs and applicants to demonstrate their full potential.
Having completed part of her studies in Finland, she now speaks English and assists our clients abroad.
Benjamin has been a recruitment officer with ELATOS since 2019. He graduated with a Master 2 in HR management and has more than 2 years’ experience as a recruitment officer in specialist firms.
Given his experience he is skilled in all the stages of recruitment, and helps our clients to look for profiles corresponding to their needs through the assignments entrusted to him.
His English skills mean that he can play an effective part in our assignments abroad.
A consultant with the Firm Elatos, Matthieu has over twenty years of professional experience in the services sector. His range of experience enables him to apply his expertise in the areas of business development, as well as in relationships with key accounts.
Over the last 8 years he has continued to develop in his role as a recruitment and career-development consultant through assessment programmes focussing on self-awareness.
